"I find the classes very stress releasing and also they are a great fun work out."
What made you start Krav Maga?
I started Krav Maga in 2011 because I booked a trip to go backpacking in South East Asia at the end of 2011 and as a female travelling alone I felt I wanted to be able to defend myself if the situation arose. Originally, I was only going to do Krav Maga to learn a few self-defence techniques before I went away. I soon became addicted and once I came back home I started training regularly.
